The Crimson House is a restaurant and sports bar in Pottsville. When I took over their social, customers told the owners they followed the page but never saw posts. The brand had effectively disappeared from its own audience's feeds.

I rebuilt the presence from the ground up: original food and drink photography (no stock, no vendor images), platform-specific captions, a hashtag strategy that balanced local Pottsville reach with category reach, and a structured content calendar separating weekly specials, monthly events, and seasonal promotions. Over a 90-day window, Instagram interactions grew 152.1% to 5,566, views grew 64.9% to 586K, and followers reached 11,473. Multiple community members told the owners they were seeing The Crimson House on their feeds for the first time.
